I have received a damaged product. What do I do?

  • Please don't worry. Drop us an email at support@febandflowers.com with images of the damaged product within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

  • We will assess the damage and provide the option for a replacement or a refund.
  • The complete amount will be refunded, reflecting in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

     What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

    • Our courier partner will attempt to contact you via phone call or SMS during delivery.
    • Ensure you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate the delivery of your package.
    • Three delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
    • Once returned, we'll automatically cancel the order, and the payment made will be refunded via your original mode of payment.

      What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?

      • We ensure all products are sent together. Email us at support@febandflowers.com with details of the missing product within 10 days of receiving your order.
      • We'll promptly check and resolve the issue.

        My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do?

        • If you live in a gated community/apartment complex, check at your gate or with security.
        • If the issue persists, email us at support@febandflowers.com within 24 hours of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link.
        • Please note: Investigations can only be initiated within 24 hours.

          How can I cancel my order?

          • Email us at support@febandflowers.com for any cancellation requests.
          • Orders can only be canceled if they haven't been processed by our shipping partner, i.e., until the order status remains unfulfilled.
          • Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

            When do I get my refund for the canceled order?

            • If the payment was by credit/debit card or net-banking, expect the refund within 7-10 working days.
            • Note that the refund timeline depends on the credit card issuing bank.
